Privacy Statement for FLORIDA RIGHTS RESTORATION COALITION (FRRC)

The Florida Rights Restoration Coalition (FRRC) has created this privacy statement to demonstrate its firm commitment to privacy by informing site visitors of the FRRC’s data collection and storage practices, and guidelines for use of visitor data.

The following statements detail information gathering and dissemination practices of the FRRC:

User Tracking and Data Capture Practices
Our web site tracks information about the visits to our web site. For example, we compile statistics that show the number of visitors to our web site and what cities/states those visitors come from. These aggregated statistics are used internally to provide better services to our customers. But again, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.

Secure On-line Forms
On certain pages such as the Donation Form, we use a service - provided by SPORG Internet Corp. - that allows us to securely process online donations.
All of the forms by SPORG Internet Corp. are protected with the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This is the strongest and most standardized method of encrypting data for transmission over the Internet. You can be sure that any information you submit to SPORG Internet Corp. is totally secure, and that no third parties will be able to get hold of it.

E-Mail Subscriptions
By signing-up for the FRRC's Activist E-Mail List, you will receive periodic email informing you of action that you can take on civil rights restoration. You can join our activist list by clicking here. Both your email and your mail address will be used exclusively for the purpose of sending you email from the FRRC. You will not be contacted in any other way, nor will your information be offered to a third-party.

E-mail addresses of visitors are never exchanged with other organizations.

Website visitor information is not shared or exchanged with other parties.
